I wish that we could take more of the integrative approach in the physical side.

That's my whole life's work is to try and get people to understand the mind.

But even on the physical side, Jordan, you can have, go through all the things that you're going through and I know you work on your mind and that kind of thing.

But most people don't realize that in order to benefit from that exercise routine in a substantial way over the long term your mind has to drive that

process so if you aren't dealing with traumas or you staying in these bad

habits or you're pushing stuff down your benefit drops that you'll get from that exercise.
