And as a lot of you know, I've been really focused on how to create a world where women feel heard.

And what I learned in this conversation with Mark is we also have to create a world where men feel heard, where men can be more emotive.

And so this is an incredible conversation where we explore that.

And I would say that neither of us have the answers,

but we all had a, we both had a lot of questions

and we had a lot of insight in talking to each other about how do we create a world where women feel heard

and men are allowed to be a more emotional and this is going to be such a gift to so many of the relationships in your life.
