They take a good look at themselves and then go away and at once forget what they look like. The inner, felt-mantra, 'I am not her', or 'I am not him', or 'I am not me' while walking around, engaged in life, clearly and instantly detaches you from being 'her' or 'him'. First it wakes you up to Love, and then AS Love. You go from walking to watching the one that appears to be walking. I go from typing these show notes to watching the one typing... and even that is too much! Remember, we don't know what is happening (yesterday's episode). There's just this appearance. And this one. And this one. And there's Something here, Someone here behind and beyond it all... can you feel Him. Can you stop interrupting Him with your fears and anxieties? Can you hear Him? His Silence speaks volumes. Confirm, "I hear you, God.' And don't stop hearing Him. Even while you hear me, or your kids, or your partner, or your boss, or yourself (!) hear Love, and soon, very soon, you'll see Love. "All your troubles will melt away." And your whole life will re-arrange itself and become Love, Love, Love.
