We were talking about clearing up trauma,

clearing up emotional breakdown, if you will,

and how to do it and why we need to do it.

The real issue is people lack healing.

The woman who cannot process her emotions is because she has blockage.

That blockage is due to the trauma that she experienced and has not resolved and flushed out of

her. She just hasn't been taught to. Well I,

taught to yes, but I do think that there's a, I was literally on the phone

last night with a close friend and she's been holding on to the same trauma for you forever.

But did she know it was trauma?

Yes, she's fully aware.

It's just that it's scary to have to face that heart and have to go through that place again.
