Hey, ladies, welcome back to the next episode. Today, we are taking a tiny little break from our series in the kitchen to talk about a topic that

many of us are struggling with right now or feel like we're going to struggle with. And that is

the upcoming holiday season and time management. I know this is something that seems to get

harder with each passing year.

I think the more children we have and the older they get and the more activities that get

on the schedule, the harder it can be sometimes to juggle all the things we have to do.

Like, you know, November 1st hits and all of a sudden there's so many things on the schedule

is what it seems.

And I know for so many of us, we want to be really, really intentional with our time

and how we're spending this time.

We want to create magical, wonderful memories for our family during November, December.

But it's really, really easy to get overwhelmed with everything that's on the schedule.

And so I know for me, we were like in the

last week of October this year. And all of a sudden, I just started feeling this like overwhelm,

like start to rise up. And I went to Jason. I got a piece of paper. I got a calendar for November

and December out. And I said, we are scheduling things in. We're going to

figure out what this looks like because I started feeling like it was going to be January before I knew

it. And so a couple of weeks ago, I taught a live workshop called Holidays and Time Management,

how to get more done with less stress for a peaceful and joy-filled holiday season.

And that was a really, really fun workshop that we did. I did it kind of in celebration of
