I want to share some thoughts today about time and frankly the weirdness of time.

Am I right? Time can be so weird. I mean I love what Einstein said about it right in his theory of relativity.

He said that time is relative right meaning I suppose in other words the time the

rate at which time passes is completely dependent upon your frame of reference.

He would joke, you know, tell me what an hour feels like when you're waiting for an appointment

versus an hour when you're with a pretty girl.

But hey, look, what do I mean about that for the context of today's episode?

But time itself is such a weird thing. I mean not to digress here but even for a

for a small example of how time is weird. Yesterday I was going to a really nice

lunch at a restaurant that I love and I was all dressed up to meet a friend and I saw two girls walk past me with like yoga mats and I was like, wow, for me it's time to like go out and have a really nice afternoon and their day may even just be starting.

They be rolling out of bed and going to yoga at, you know, one o'clock in the afternoon on a Saturday.

So like, is it time to walk out or is it time to be fancy?
