I have a friend right now who really hates her job and her husband keeps saying you know just quit just quit but she has of course a lot of feelings around that she likes to be financially independent I get it but all roads have been leading to the fact that she probably needs to make a shift, right?

The world responds, like when we get, there is a magic that happens when we get serious right when we have these

defining moments make decisions and make bold moves so she hates her job and she's

decided at the end of this month that she is her boss is flying back to America from Europe and

she's going to tell her at the end of this month that's it she's giving in her

notice and she's moving on. I know and understand that fear. I've been there. I've done it. I remember

handing in my notice when I was earning $500,000 a year, a kid like me with a very poor

background who takes care of my mom financially.

I remember that fear, feeling guilty, I felt like full of anxiety, I felt like,

is this the right thing? I know what it feels like to do the scary things

specifically in that situation. But I said to her, my love, I've got three questions that I want to ask you. I've got three questions that I want you to ask yourself as you go throughout this process.

These three questions will be your best friend, they'll keep you on track and they'll get your mind
