out of five pastors nationwide are seriously thinking about quitting the ministry so i think there are

some different things and now we've had this great

resignation, you know, after COVID, with a lot of different areas, but we've certainly seen a lot

in the church. So I think it matters, the topic matters because ministry's hard. It's demanding.

There are expectations that are put on a couple and a pastor, whether it's the husband of life,

that are a lot of times very unrealistic, but people think they're realistic.
