| 0:42.6 | moments to slow down zero in we're going to take a deep healing breath and as we're breathing in |
| 0:48.5 | we're going to say a word that resonates with the frequency that you want in your life it can be |
| 0:53.0 | love happiness joy abundance whatever vibration you want in your life. It can be love, happiness, joy, abundance, whatever vibration you want in your life. You're going to say over and over in your head, really build it up within you as you're taking that deep breath in. And then as you're holding your breath, you're going to visualize yourself doing something in that vibration. And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state. |
