And so when you have this being played out in reality, there is peace.

Yes.

Even though there might be a screaming baby, even though there might be messy crumbs on the floor

from the toddler or a barking dog, you know, like all these external factors.

Hey guys, welcome back to Ask for me in my house.

I'm Elena.

And I'm Jordan.

This conversation we're about to have started from a couple of friends that I've had come over and have playdates with their kids and stuff.

And all three of them that I'm thinking of have texted me after leaving her home very similar things without knowing each other, without talking to each other.

They wouldn't even hear at the same time.

But I was talking to Jordan about this and I was like, it is so interesting to me because

peaceful and relaxing and joyful are words that they were using to

describe what they felt when they were in our home. And we are so humbled by that because

we have four children and three dogs and two cats and 13 chickens and four ducks literally in our home

like our chickens and ducks are in the home and so I just it's hard to receive that right

because we're like well thank you we feel honored and humbled and like glory to God but we rarely

if ever feel that our house is this sanctuary of peace,

like people say that they feel when they come over. So we're like, okay, clearly this isn't our

doing. It's the Lord bringing the Holy Spirit's peace in the house. And so we're just seeking to

continue that, to encourage you all if you're

looking to cultivate a house of peace too. Things that have worked, things that haven't, and

kind of where we see in our limited foresight of like, all right, Lord, we think this is the way
