We live in a time and a culture that's very paradoxical like I use the phrase sexually bipolar to mean that sex is everywhere

It's in the media advertising pop songs movies you can't get away from, and often like very graphic,

depictions of sex.

And yet at the same time, there's these massive cultural messages

about not having sex, not enjoying sex, not showing it in so many ways and so it's very bipolar and I think that most

people have this struggle about how to then process what where does sex live in my life?

And then add on to that, what I feel is that,

we're all natural-born lovers, like that idea of born to run

is that we all have this natural sexual energy

it's our birthright it's part of who we are it's how we recreate procreate in

the world it's creative energy we all have it not just some people have it and some people don't and some people are born good lovers and some people aren't.

who've overcome that stuff are people who consciously put in the effort, you know, the people who've really worked at their

that they finally said, okay, whatever it's gonna take,

amount of effort into trying to rectify or heal or change that part of their lives

and so I don't think that anyone can grow up in on our planet right now or over the last however many centuries and not be fucked up around sex.
