And I know that it's actually statistically a thing, too, that like January and February are just like really hard months for people.

And a lot of it has to do with like the weather and it being really

cold and they're not being as much daylight and everything and while I do live in Houston so I definitely

don't experience the really hard winters like a lot of people do which I am thankful for I've always

said I wish I could experience like all four seasons but I know that if I had to experience like a true

long winter I probably wouldn't be saying that so I am grateful for my very warm winters but

I do want to say you know I do feel for you if you're going through like a really hard winter

with the weather but I will say that even though it doesn't get really cold,

it tends to be very gloomy very often, which kind of has the same effect, especially if it's like
