Good morning everyone and welcome back to another morning with the masters where we devote

ourselves to the Lord daily with you.

We are picking up with a live on a purpose devotional this morning and Tori is just going to go and

jump on in.

Yes.

So today's devotional is titled exhaling your ugly and the verse is Colossians 1, 13 and

it says, he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom

of his dear son, ugliness, feelings of fear, jealousy, disappointment and unworthiness.

They have a way of getting trapped inside of us and we need to get rid of it.

From my own experiences, I've learned seven steps that help me deal with my ugly and

I call it exhaling my ugly.

This isn't some kind of formula that automatically works but if you use it as a general guide

and follow the Holy Spirit as he guides you, he will ultimately lead you to the breakthrough

that will change your life.

So here are the steps 1, pray like crazy.

When God sees that you want his help, he will give you all the help you need.

2, tell yourself the truth.

You can't tell the truth to God or others until you first tell it to yourself.

It meant how you feel.

3, get your pain out.
