Summary

I’m sure with recent events your heart may be heavy. Mine is. It’s heavy from receiving feedback, instruction, conviction, a pandemic, loneliness, pivoting, all the things. I invited my new friend, Brittney Moses to join me for a conversation to answer the question “what do we do with all of this heaviness” and she has some beautiful answers! Brittney is a mental health professional and loves to find the intersection between faith and mental and emotional health and it’s something you need to hear if you’re feeling a heaviness in your spirit today.
