It's difficult to explain and it's difficult to put into practice.

But if you do, I can straight up guarantee your success.

Before I tell you what that is, I have to tell you to help a brother out and

The best way to do that is to subscribe to the show. All that means is that you get

notified when new episodes come out. Whatever platform you listen on, Spotify, Apple

Podcast, Google Play, I don't know the other ones, but there's a bunch out there

and all you do is subscribe or follow. Each platform has its own little button.

Pretty much tells you to subscribe and then you get notified when new episodes get released every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. That's how you help get more people to listen to the show.

I don't know why.

Apparently, if there is a podcast that has a lot of subscribers, I guess the platforms show that

podcast to more people as a recommended podcast.

The other thing that you can do is leave a five-star rating and review on

Apple Podcast or on Spotify. If you are looking at your iPhone and you go to the

podcast app and you go to the podcast app and you go to the search button and you type in

Mindover Macros and then you tap on the thumbnail and you scroll all the way down

until you see the ratings and reviews and you type you tap write a review and you write a review and then you do a little thumb
