here but look at where I am. I'm here talking to you about gardening on a podcast which is kind of like

a radio show. So maybe she was right.

Anyways we're talking about oyster mushrooms again. This is the final episode in this little

three-part mini-series this week about oyster mushrooms.

To recap, we've talked about the different types of oyster mushrooms.

We've talked about the different types of substrates you can grow them on.

And as you might guess, today we are talking about actually how to grow

them now that we have all the prerequisite information so let's just get right

into it the overall process is a mixture of watering your

substrate, inoculating your substrate, letting your oyster mushrooms colonize,

and then finally coercing your mushrooms to fruit.

So let's kick it off with the beginning.

How do you water your substrate?

So before you inoculate your substrate with mushroom spores,

you have to make sure it's prepared.

pasteurization, sterilization,

and making sure that the growing medium or the substrate is cut to size,
