This is the Salaback Church podcast.

Today we are in the second week of a challenge we're calling the Immersh Challenge.

We're reading together through the book of Luke and Acts.

It's been a great weekend so far here with our church.

We had something happen yesterday that was the first time I've

ever had this happen in church. We had the power go out before service. So about 30 minutes

before I show up and everybody's kind of trying to scramble to get ready. The power's gone

out and there was like a somberness in the room as we're trying to figure out,

and I'm like, no, guys, this is awesome. This is going to be one of the greatest experiences that we've

ever had. And I know there are a lot of you, if you've been around for a while, you were a part of

the Easter where we froze our keyster. Anybody here in this service?

Maybe not in this service.

Well, that was the hour that we lost our power.

It was a lot of fun.

And, you know, God proves in moments like that

that all the power we need is in the room.

And sometimes in our lives,

things will get stripped away like sound and lights

to focus our attention back on God.

And I believe that's what he's doing right now for our church.

He's trying to call us to give our eyes and our attention to him.
