You're going to absolutely love this one, whether you're a parent or whether you're

an uncle or an aunt or

whether you have some kind of family because this mastery session is all about

how to grow great kids. Now you might be saying Robin you don't grow kids you raise kids but I believe kids are like these incredible flowers you know it's you get the right soil and you get the right sunlight and you radiate possibility into them and they just bloom.

And I think this is, you know this so well because you're wise and smart, but if we could only get kids to think like leaders, to shift

from victimhood into leadership, if we could only get kids to believe in their

gifts and their talents and their responsibility towards originality.

If we could only grow kids to be brave and loving and strong and decent and excellent, the whole world would change. So I'm going to invite you,

come on, let's create a movement here where we're all about growing these

incredible kids who are not victims and they're not complainers and they're not stuck in the past

but they're all about building a better world while they build gorgeous lives for

themselves and if we did this together we would totally change the world so

let's get right in and and the first thing is,

build a heroic home culture.

So we talk about organizational culture.

We've got chief culture officers in our corporations, but as a parent or as a

nurture of young talent shouldn't we be building great home cultures? I mean I've always thought of this when I get home, it's sort of my sanctuary from a complex world.

So we never have the TV on. I like candles. We have flowers at home. I love great art at home. I love minimalist spaces. I love lots of sunlight coming into our home.

I don't want stress and complexity and noise. I want nature and peacefulness for my loved ones. So it fosters great conversations and
