Hello everyone. How you doing today? Hope the day is wonderful and plants are popping out of the ground just fine

either indoors or outdoors. Today we're going to talk about something truly epic.

Now I'm going to start off with a quick story.

In 2016, the largest pumpkin crushed, smashed, destroyed

the old world record.

It weighed in at 2,624 pounds. Other current world records

include an 18.75 pound onion, a 20.4 foot long carrot, which is crazy to me,

and a 350 and a half pound watermelon,

which means you can grow absolutely massive,

some might even call them epic harvests of some plants. But how do you do it?

That's the real question. This is something that has been puzzling me for a long time because

I found quite a few UK gardeners. It seems like they're the

experts on growing giant vegetables. I found a couple of YouTube videos of UK

gardeners doing some interesting techniques in order to get really really large plants.

Now is this practical if you're growing for our food? No, not really. However it is

very interesting, it's very unique and exciting to do.

So depending on your gardening, you know, motivations,

this might be something you want to experiment.

So I'm going to analyze how you might go about doing this.

And then I'm going to talk a little bit about how I'm setting up

my garden to grow at least a few epic-sized things as we go into spring.
