podcast, it's Joel's here and today we have Daniel Silverstein coming on and what I loved about this

conversation and I'll give you a quick little backup here. Danielle and her

husband Adam have a podcast called Marriage and Martini's.

This podcast is an incredible podcast for anyone who wants to dive in to the realness and rawness and vulnerability of what it means to be in a relationship, to be in a marriage, and really just to be human.

What I love about Danielle is that she started as a blogger a few years ago with three

kids at home trying to grow her side hustle and she did it. She grew and

scale her blog while being a completely stay-at-home mom and she

did it by really putting it all out there and that's what helped her cultivate

and nurture such a loyal and massive community of followers.

She talks a lot today about how to make things work even when you don't have it all figured

out, even when you feel like you have all the things going on right the

kids the time the job all of the craziness and really how just putting it out there

just as you are can lead to massive scaling and success and just a really loyal fan base and she

really talks a lot about how they've been able to grow and scale their

podcast even though they did not know how to do a podcast or what that grow and

grow and scale their podcast, what that looked like.

So I really loved this episode for the realness of it.
