Welcome to the skinny confidential, him and her. I used to just battle my weight more in my 20s when I didn't have good alignment and great breathing.

Since having kids there's this myth

that your body's meant it's hard to look after it.

But since my breathing is better, like you,

I feel as though I don't battle my weight anymore.

I don't need to think about it.

As long as I'm eating the right foods and occasionally

like getting exercise and not sitting around, things are all working just fine. I

don't have to stress about weight gain. Here's a fun fact about me. I am obsessed with healthy facial structure. I had double jaw surgery when I was 25 years old and since then I just am very into the whole idea of how to make your face as healthy as possible.

And you guys know if you follow me on social media that I'm always doing facial massage, facial manipulation, ice rolling, I love fashion massage.

It's something that I probably spend 15 minutes on every single morning.

I like to work out my face. I also do a lot of things to

support my facial structure because of the surgery that I had I want to make sure

that I'm just doing everything I can do to be the best version.
