| 1:06.8 | Yeah, so I actually got started at least learning about real estate in 2017. So I got hooked up with a company that teaches individuals how to refinance their home into a first-ling |

| 1:28.3 | And when I got involved in this group, Clayton, you were actually interviewed by the owners of this group talking about real estate and we got into that Facebook group and it was a whole bunch of people that had their primary mortgage paid off and they were using the equity to go buy real estate. |
| 1:47.0 | And up until that point, you know, I was just looking for a way to pay my house off more quickly. I wasn't looking for real estate, but what I found was a whole bunch of real estate investors that were using that equity and they were building wealth by buying cash flowing assets. |
