specifically on a Monday and a Friday feel like it just sets the vibe for the week sets the

vibe for the weekend you feel ultra productive it feels really good just to like, even though it's like hard to get up sometimes in the morning, especially if this isn't something you typically do. But early morning workouts just feel so good this morning. I went with my friend Lauren to the gym. We decided to meet there for 6.30 and originally we were going to do six and I was like
