Today's tip is about giving your relationship a fresh start. Do you want more excitement or fun in your

relationship? Does it feel stale or boring? Well, you can't just

wish for a change. You have to make it happen by being intentional and maybe reboot your relationship.

You can do that in four small steps that'll make a big difference. The first is to touch your partner. Sounds simple, right?

But you need to go the extra mile. Try a three-breath hug where you and your partner stand face-to-face,
