So in our last episode, we talked about how important it is to get feedback from your boss.

And in this episode, we're going to flip the script a little bit and talk about how to give feedback to your boss.

It's a scary topic. We understand. It's scary to tell your boss what you really think.

Yeah, it can be really, really daunting. And one of the things we'll say probably a couple times throughout is we just want to acknowledge this can be a little bit risky.

But it's a really good skill to have. If you can share feedback with your boss, you'll have a much stronger working relationship.

And we think you'll enjoy your work more. And then ultimately, the whole point is you'll be able to do better work together.
