I had come to this place where I had accomplished a lot of things that I wanted to accomplish.

And I became stuck because I had become this person who could accomplish things,

but I'll need to become another version of me to accomplish the new things.

And I was stuck because this version of me has done everything this version of me can do.

So here I am stuck, not realizing that I created

the quote unquote stuckness.

Evolution needs to happen.

That means that we have to evolve.

And not just we, our brains have to evolve.

We have to shift the way we're doing life, we're doing work.

And if we are resistant to that, it's no surprise that we feel stuck.

We like to say, oh, it's the economy, it's my team, it's my kids.

Whatever it is, there's always an external excuse when really a lot of it is looking inside
