Kleintrode i am a registered and licensed dietitian and this morning I am here in studio with my colleague, Shelby Olson, who is a licensed nutritionist.

Today we're going to share some ideas and thoughts about how you can get your eating back on track.

It's not going to be so much about protein carb fat and those building blocks and things like that.
