Summary

If you know it's time to kick yourself into high gear and start moving the needle, I have three ways to help you do just that. Not only should you focus on just one or two specific goals, but you also want to create measurable, tangible milestones to hit along the way. Plus, I always say the fastest way to uplevel is to start with your network and find people who are really going to hold you accountable. Between my fitness goals and launching frello, I'm in a full-on sprint season and these three things are what keep me going, even on the hardest days.

IN THIS EPISODE, WE TALK ABOUT:

  • Understanding where you need to add intensity and accountability to your goals

  • The first step to get hyper clear on your vision

  • Examples of milestones that will help keep you on track

  • The power of surrounding yourself with people who expect greatness and don't let you settle for mediocrity
