1:01.1	with what I'm about to say, in the horrible weather we're having across most of the country.
1:05.8	You're feeling stuck because you're ready, willing, and able to go out there and start working
1:09.7	at the buyers and sellers,
1:15.3	but because of the never-ending winter that we seem to be having, there just isn't that much activity for you to seek or for you to go after. So I totally and completely understand. And listen,
1:21.1	I'm here to tell you that this winter is going to bring with it some surprises, and here's what
1:27.1	it's going to be. Some wonderful surprises if you're going to be with it some surprises and here's what it's going to be some
1:28.2	wonderful surprises if you're going to be attentive and if you're not going to allow yourself to
1:32.8	stay stuck and here it is there's going to be such a pop of buyer and seller activity that's probably
1:37.6	going to start happening towards the end of this month into next month that it's going to make you
1:41.5	feel almost overwhelmed with the opportunity to make money and to help folks.
1:45.8	That's what's going to happen.
1:47.0	All the people that normally would have been out looking and listing right now,
1:50.6	they're saying, well, you know what, we have to wait for the weather to clear.
1:53.4	And once it does, there's going to be such a surge of activity, it's going to be incredible.
