So today's topic is the continuation of what we were talking about yesterday, which is I'm already, I don't know about you, Jules.

Have you gotten emails about yesterday's radio show?

Yeah, absolutely.

You know, it's funny.

I get email from agents talking about, you know, the topic was how to get unstuck, lots of motivational points there, and specifics on what to actually do, what to take action on. And sometimes it comes

from grizzled veterans that talk about they get stuck from time to time. And other agents

seem to have been stuck for a year or a couple years since the whole recession went on. So

whether you are stuck temporarily or stuck long term and your stuck has become your

new reality, the action steps are the same. Well, yeah, exactly. I have to say, I got probably

15 or 16 in emails a lot from students, folks that I haven't heard from for a while in some

cases, saying how much

they appreciated the radio show. And my answer, the topic of these radio shows, the ones, you know,
