cheers thanks Amelia that's a really really interesting question now the way that I look at it is that happiness is the byproduct and the result of practicing certain daily habits so we see that psychologically scientifically and spiritually the practice of a set of habits every single day can create states of happiness now some of these are in the book called the book of joy by the Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu I highly recommend it.
