Hey everyone, today I speak with Dr. Daniel Stickler in a part two follow-up on peptide therapy.

And peptides are these compounds that can stimulate

certain receptors in the body, including those for growth hormone, but also for the immune

system. And there are some pretty attractive prospective benefits from this line of

therapeutics.

We discussed that and we also discussed some of my personal experience using peptides.

And I share kind of my, this may all be placebo and then making a few changes and getting a

signal that was pretty clearly not placebo.

So, you know, it feels, you know, validating to be able to have gone through enough

experimentation with the peptides personally to be able to say yes.

There's clearly something here that can move the needle.

So we talk about peptides for performance, for cognition, for immune and autoimmunity,

I also want to just slip in a quick mention here of a study I recently read where in
