I've done some cool case studies on hair testing and other labs. But I think that minerals have just gotten so popular now. And the more that I talk about |

| 1:02.4 | comes to like, how do you really support your minerals? The most common question I get is when I talk |
| 1:07.8 | about how important minerals are, is, well, what supplement should I take? |
| 1:12.0 | Like, what's your favorite mineral supplement? It's usually like adding something in, which I don't |
| 1:16.6 | think is bad. I use supplements myself. We use them with our clients. I recommend them in |
| 1:21.0 | seven master minerals course. I am not against supplementation. I just think a lot of us are like running to doing testing, |
| 1:30.3 | taking supplements, sometimes not even testing just taking supplements. And it's not actually |
| 1:36.0 | going to move the needle for your health in the long run. And so today what I thought I would |
| 1:42.5 | talk about is more of how do our minerals get out of balance? |
| 1:46.4 | And then how can we support them on a foundational level? So like instead of continuing to |
| 1:52.7 | deplete them, how can we stop that depletion and start replenishing before we even do any testing |
| 1:58.9 | or supplementation? And the reason why I want to talk about this is |
| 2:02.5 | because this is what helps set your foundation. I'm always talking about you have to have a |
| 2:08.1 | solid foundation when it comes to the healing journey, whether you're going to work 101, go through |
| 2:12.1 | my course, go through someone else's course. You're going to get way more out of it if you have a good foundation |
