com well today on the show for our very first interview i i'm really excited about having this

guest on because this guy is not a millionaire he's had zero training in real estate he's never

bought any of those guru training classes,

as far as I know, right? You've never spent thousands of dollars to get any kinds of training.

He's just a regular guy that just made a decision that he was going to buy a house, and he went

with it. And, you know, I think talking to Jack today is going to be inspiring to people

just to see that a regular guy can have a little side business where you have a rental

property and you make some extra money every month and at the same time you build some long-term

wealth. So Jack, why don't you just tell us a little bit about you and how you got

into real estate? Okay. Well, first of all, thank you for having me on the show.

Sure. We bought our first house right after we got married. It was a little townhouse,

and we quickly grew out of it, but we were fortunate enough to buy it right in the middle of the

housing boom.

So we were able to take the money that we made on that property, and we rolled that into

our next home.

We were able to put 20% down.

And so when you bought the first house, did you have a down payment?
