Well, I thought on the show today we would do something a little bit different.

I'm interested in learning a little bit more about investing in mobile homes.

The returns are just through the roof, and these properties are really cheap to get into.

So I thought I would bring on the show, Rachel Hernandez.

She's also called the

mobile home girl. She writes a blog about investing in mobile homes and she's written a couple

of books. And I thought it would be good to bring her on the show and pick her brain and find out

everything that was to know about investing in mobile homes. So Rachel, welcome to the show.

I appreciate it. Now, one thing that I don't know a whole lot about mobile home investing, and I think that you are a good person to talk to because you started investing in single-family

homes, right? Correct. And then what made you want to switch to mobile home investing?

Okay. Well, my background is I started out in single-family homes. I did what a lot of folks do.

I started out bird-dog in and then eventually wholesaling to other investors looking for deals for other investors.

But initially my plan, Dan, was just to kind of build up enough cash to start buying and holding

properties for cash flow.

So, you know, once I wholesaled for a while, I soon became a landlord.
