So you guys met freshman year of college?

Yeah, we were basically roommates freshman year and ended up living together

all four years at William and Mary. How did you guys start buying rental properties? So my first

experience was when I went back for grad school, again, back at William and Mary. And I got my first

loan to buy a condo down there.

And then I kind of got in my head that maybe I can lease it out.
