Today's guest is Wendy Mayder, who is a triathlon coach, currently based in Georgia, but has spent a long time in Colorado before that.

She has over 25 years of experience in triathlon.

She trained at a very high level, and she's a former collegiate swimmer, has completed 15 Iron Man's,

definitely an incredible athlete as well as a coach. So Wendy is the co-founder and owner of T2 coaching, her own coaching business,
