When it comes to getting traction on social media, the experts all say that you have to post

multiple times a day. The financial experts say that in order to grow your financial portfolio

and to benefit from compound interest, you have to make regular deposits. In other words,

volume is the name of the game in whatever you ultimately want to be successful at. You have to

make steady inputs. There are no days off.

There's no magical thinking solutions. It all comes down to what you do and what you don't do.

And sure, you may have a lucky break here or there, but without the infrastructure of consistency,

even those lucky breaks are going to be unsustainable. So we don't want to plan for having a lucky

break. We want to create our luck by planning for consistency. And as you can imagine, inner work is

exactly the same. When we say work in the inner work equation, what we're ultimately talking

about is meditation. We're talking about mindfulness practices, gratitude practices, things like breathwork.
