So here I'm going to go first on this one so I'm going to share an experience here a little story.

So I remember when I was working in an organization we had like three or four hundred people or so and I was their CEO strategist

So I think I was like 24 years old or something like that I realized at that point because I had worked in agencies

Middle-sized agencies, right?

Came into this company and I realized, oh crap, there's actually politics.

As an SEO, I was expecting that I could just get things done.

Like I want these changes done, I want these title changes, I want these templates, templates you know to roll out to the entire website

I want to write a script I want to like have all these changes done right?

The problem with that is I found myself actually sitting in product meetings and I was on the

bottom of the totem pole people look down on me as the

CEO and they didn't really respect like what I was saying, right? That's all crap. What's the angle for me to get things done?
