And if you've followed me or listened to me for any amount of time, you know that I don't believe that. And I think it's complete horseshit in all reality. You know, genetics is real. You know, where we hold fat is real for all of us. But just know, like if you see somebody who has six-pack abs, more often than not, they probably eat really well and they probably work really hard and they |
