| 0:00.0 | Today, we got a real special guest. This guy did over $5 million last year flipping houses out of Atlanta. And I've had the privilege to know him since the beginning of his house flipping career and just watch him grow to one of the biggest buyers in America with the goal of becoming the biggest in Atlanta. I've got Clint Cooper. What's up, man? What's up? Thanks for having me. There we go. You got it wrong. Clint the closer. Yeah. Yeah, dude. We gave him that nickname way early on. Now he's gone away from it. He's too corporate now. I've gone corporate. I don't want to be. He was back to a hustler back. The term closer just kind of has a negative connotation to it now i don't oh okay okay by me yeah look at him |

| 1:06.4 | I have a solid business right now, and I'm happy with where we're at. |
| 1:10.5 | I think we've got a lot of room to grow, and I play a lot of golf. Like, I really, I don't have a lot of complaints with my life right now. Yeah, we just played yesterday at Southern Highlands, had a great time. M19 guy. I'm like, man, you know, it's so funny. He texts me, what was this, like a month or two ago? he's like, hey, bro, I just want to let you know. I just love what you're doing with M19. And I was like, well, freaking join. |
| 1:30.6 | What are you doing? me. What was this like a month or two ago? He's like, hey, bro, I just want to let you know. I just |
| 1:27.9 | love what you're doing with M19. I was like, well, freaking join. What are you doing? He's like, he's like, yeah, you know, I got a kid. I don't know what. I'm like, bro. And he's like, honestly, dude, I just kind of want to hang out with you more. And I was like, and then I sent him a broke back mountain meme. |

We can shower after. Like, there's a lot we could do, dude. That's funny. But anyways, dude, so let's jump in your story because it's super inspiring. And, you know, we were on the course yesterday, and you're telling me that last year, you know, you guys did over $5 million this year. You should do more than that. But, you know, the real goal is to be the biggest in Atlanta. And I just haven't really seen anybody with that kind of desire. You know, most people who are flipping houses are like, yeah, you know, if I can make a million bucks, if I could, you know, even just make a couple hundred thousand, right? Like, I mean, that's good for most people. So when I get somebody who's extremely high level, it's really cool. So what's led to this point for those who don't know you? |
| 2:41.0 | I think just, you know, my competitive drive of wanting to be the best, and I know what's possible. You know, I'm in a lot of rooms and other masterminds where you hear about people doing, you know, $20 million in a year and buying 500 houses a year or a thousand houses a year. |
| 2:57.0 | And I think that just seeing that as a possibility and knowing I'm not there, it's just like it boosts my competitive spirit to get there. |
| 3:00.2 | And I also think there's a huge need for companies like myself that, in my opinion, we do the |
