Hey everybody welcome back to another episode of the Catholic talk show today we're going to be talking about how to get the most out of the Catholic Mass. Yeah we're going to look at some practical tips and some things that you could do the next time you attend Mass that'll help make it a more powerful

and spiritual experience that draws you closer to Christ and our Lord.

There's a lot to talk about and there's a lot that we can actually gain from mass

We're going to be going through how to prepare, right? And then what to do or how you know how to

approach mass I guess spiritually you know I practically you go to mass week by

week every week you go Sunday and sometimes you can fall into a rut or a spiritual rut.

It happens to everybody.

I mean, it happens as a Saints, it happens to the popes, it happens to the person next to you.

And, you know, we want to look at ways that you can reinvigorate the

experience of going to mass so that when you are receiving our Lord in the

your soul and you're allowing Christ to enter into you in a more powerful and

complete way. With the misery of the world I think the greatest reality that we hunger for is
