Summary

Today's episode features a conversation from 2019 with my friend and mentor, the late Bob Proctor. We explore the secrets behind achieving more in less time. The key? It’s not about managing time but managing activities. I share my personal mantra of staying organized and adopting a 'do it now' philosophy, emphasizing the importance of being a student of your calendar. I unravel my unique approach of lowering the bar and dedicating a few minutes each day to tasks, thereby fostering systems and efficiencies. Bob Proctor adds his own insights from his experiences with Earl Nightingale, shedding light on the essence of activity management over time management. This episode is a true blueprint for anyone looking to amplify their productivity and master the art of time.
