Hey everybody needs a little bit of inspiration right now so I thought I'd let you join me in the

world's greatest motivators roundtable with Bob Proctor, Les Brown, Mary Morrissey,

and Sugarade Leonard. I was just pinching myself that they'd actually

put me on the same stage as my mentors and we believe it or not discuss what

inspires us most and also talked about how to get more done in a day.

Can't think of anything more relevant or pertinent.

I want to ask these, my friends here, about motivation.

David, give us your take on motivation.

You know, I learned one thing about giving and kindness and that was the biochemical reaction

of helping other people.

And I remember learning that not only,

it's the most extraordinary thing you can do

is to give to other people and to inspire other people

as well as a gift, but when you give to somebody, you actually,

serotonin is released in your brain and it creates motivation or

inspiration. The person that you give to, serotonin is release in their

brain as well and they become inspired and motivated and even more incredible is that people who witness

Giving people who witness that act of giving, serotonin's release,

and they actually are inspired.

So for me, it was a matter of providing value
