| 0:49.9 | this energy. And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in this |
| 0:54.3 | frequency. And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you |
| 0:58.1 | and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. and out. |

| 1:35.9 | surrounded by the most healing, uplifting energy that's meant specifically for you. It could have a |
| 1:41.1 | certain color, a certain taste, a certain smell, a certain sound, |
| 1:45.3 | however you imagine it. And when you breathe it in, it's going to charge you up. It's going to |
| 1:49.7 | break down those negative blocks, the weight, just everything that's just been holding you back. |
| 1:55.4 | And then when you exhale, it's going to take all of that with it, leaving you in a more positive state. |
