I always get asked, how do I get blood work in Canada?

Specifically, this is gonna be addressed to guys in Canada,

because in the States, obviously, you guys can just, you know,

you have private clinics, you can go to whenever you want

and pay and get high quality tests done.

In Canada, it's not so simple.

In Canada, you have to go to your doctor

and get prescribed the tests.

And even if you tell your doctor you want to pay for them out of pocket,

sometimes they won't even let you get it still because they're just,

they just don't want to, I don't even know.

They don't want to waste tax, like waste money, even though it's like your own money.

I don't really get what the problem is, but it's very difficult to get what you need in Canada.

And even if you do happen to get the tests you need, oftentimes they need to outsource most of

their tests to the states anyways because they have just subpar testing methods in Canada.

And a lot of the hormone profile assessments are using assays that are not, you know,

optimized for men even. Like if you get an estradiol test, you're probably not going to get

a sensitive assay one in Canada. So what I do and what I would recommend you perhaps look into,
