I've had her on the show twice before. She is co-owner of Blaze Yoga and Pilates in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

And she actually interviewed me this week. We did a video chat and we talked all about fueling your exercise, specifically interval training.

She's been seeing a lot of people bonking at the studio lately, and her studio offers hot yoga,

hot vinyasa, as well as Inferno Hot Pilates, which is a class, a heated class, that focuses on Pilates
