Hey, what's that, friends? Grant Baldwin here. Welcome back to the Speaker Lab podcast. I am so excited to have my friend Alison Fallon here. Joining us, Allison is one of the nicest people and one of the best writers and extremely smart. She's going to bring so much to the table today and helping us find our voice as speakers. So, Allison, thanks for joining us today.

Yay. Thank you for having me. This is wonderful. I feel like we've known each other for five years, six years. Something like that. I moved to Nashville in 2013, maybe. So, yeah, six years.

Cool. That's crazy. Crazy, crazy. Okay. So first of all, you've done a lot of speaking and work with a lot of speakers and especially like in the writing space with authors.

Kind of give us a snapshot of what your business is like. So my business is called Find Your Voice and we help authors outline their book idea. I mean, we do a lot of other things with authors, but that's the main thing we do is help authors develop their book ideas. So that really came out of a personal pain point for me because in 2010, I quit my full-time job,

knowing that I wanted to write a book. And just with just enough naivete to be a tiny bit stupid
