When you can let go of the ego and step into the servent energy. Meaning you are here to spread love to the world; you will take the things you don't like about yourself or the experience you're having and turn them into blessings.
Who are we to judge? Divine energy put all of this together for us, and when we judge, we perceive the world from lower energy. When you let go and focus on healing and spreading love, you will raise your energy and find your true calling.

And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency and then once you exhale, anything that no longer |
