Summary
As you have heard me discuss many times, sleep is essential to good health and energy levels. It’s a top priority for me and my family, and when we moved house last year, I set out to find the best bed for our needs. I had some simple criteria, it needed to provide the right comfort and support, it needed to be able to last long (as most mattresses are worn out within 1-2 years after purchase), and it needed to be a non toxic mattress. To be fair, it took me months to find the right mattress. So, why is a good mattress important? And how can you find the best non toxic mattress for amazing sleep?
